Escape the summer doldrums of the city and have a great summer relaxing by the pool, afternoons at the beach, the polo matches, sailing, cycling, tennis, bocce, grilling, going to parties, clubs and making new friends in the hot tub.  We are perfectly located between Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Bridgehampton, a short ride to the beach and all the night spots.

The House

This 4500 square foot farmhouse is situated on 5 private acres. It has 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms + outdoor shower, with both gourmet and outdoor kitchens. 
   There are tons of amenities for either the active person or those who just want to relax and take in the sun.

Flexible Schedule

You may pick any and as many or little weekends as you like, by being able to pick random weekends you will meet many more people throughout the summer.

The People

We are looking to put together a group of fun professionals in their late 20s through 30s.  We are not a frat house. The typical person is easy going, social, respectful, and friendly.   


 

Food and Alcohol

We include the best food, supplies, snacks and drinks than any other house! You will eat good at our house not just burgers and hot dogs.

Reasonable Pricing

Though our prices are not the cheapest we are still reasonable and we will provide you with the best level of service while not packing you in a room. We do accept all credit cards and payment plans are available. We will discount for groups or early sign ups

Relaxed Atmosphere

Unlike some other houses who plan your social calendar, we let you choose where you want to go. We tend to split up in groups with some going to the Talkhouse, while others prefer the club, lounges, or just chilling at home. If you want to get into the clubs we have connections to make it easy to get in.
