Pricing

Half shares (8 weekends) are $2500  and include any 2 holidays.   Half shares also may come an extra weekend in early June

Third shares (6 weekends)  $2000 and include any 2 holidays.

Quarter shares (4 weekends) are $1300 and include either  Memorial day or Labor day

If you do not take a holiday weekend take off $100

Traditionally house members pick either 1/4 or 1/2 shares and pick alternating weekends.  This is the best way to form bonds with new friends as you will see the same people over and over again.  However not everyone's schedule is flexible enough that they can do preset weekends, so we let you choose your own schedule, but try and keep as best as possible to a doing A or B weekends. 

 We also know some people can't commit to 4, 6, or 8 weekends so we can customize any package you'd like

Pricing breaks down to $300 per weekend and $400 for a holiday weekend so choose as many or as little as you like.

Everyone is require to take a June weekend
