Pricing

Pricing breaks down to about $300 a weekend and $400 for holiday weekends.

Quarter shares (4 weekends) are $1300 and include either Memorial day or Labor day

Third shares (6 weekends) $2000 and include any 2 holidays.

Half shares (8 weekends) are $2500 and include any 2 holidays. Half shares may come out an extra weekend in June

Unlimited come whenever you want $3000.

There is also a 10% discount to anyone paid up by May 15th

We also know some people can't commit to 4, 6, or 8 weekends so we can customize any package you'd like

feel free to pick as many or as little weekends as you want.

Everyone is require to take a June weekend

Individual weekends once summer starts are $325 and $425 for holidays if space is available.

House Privileges
Any 1/2 share can stay during the week. (House may be rented a couple of weeks during the summer, so give as much notice as possible

1/2 shares get two holidays- including 4th of July. 1/4's get one holiday not including the 4th. Expect house to be crowded on the 4th of July weekend

Guest Policy
Please give prior notice for guests. If no extra beds in house are available guest must stay in your room on air mattress.
Guest fees will be $100 for and each guest is only allowed once, after that they must buy a share.
People buying individual weekends are not entitled to guests.

No guests on the 4th of July weekend; other holidays will be $150, IF there is room.

Refunds
Once the summer starts there are no refund for miss weekends, Plan your weekends properly, if you can't make a weekend let me know ahead of time and I should be able to switch you with someone. Just not showing up for a weekend because it looks overcast does not entitle you to make up a weekend
