This 4500 square foot charming farmhouse is situated on 5 very private acres. It has 6 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living and sitting room. The house has a real lived ining feel, not like your typical bare bones sharehouse. There's a pond with waterfall and 2 hammocks to lay out on, lots of land, and a fun pool with sun-soaked deck. An outdoor kitchen, and a very populat fire pit for making 'smores late at night. And of course a tennis court, basket ball, pool and hot tub.

The Group: We are looking to put together a group of fun professionals in their mid 20s and 30s. You should be easygoing and laidback, social, respectful, and friendly. The house is perfectly located between Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Bridgehampton. We are a short ride to the beach and all the night spots.
